Patrick and Josh are the reason I keep coming back with all 3 of my cars! It’s the only place I go! They should be paid Tripple what you pay them! I’ve listened to hours of their amazing customer service over the years and I keep going back because they treat me like a brother and I see they’re genuine kind patient ways with all kinds of customers. You are very fortunate to have them! Every other employee has also been stellar! Thank you again for running this shop right!

Big O Tires, and everyone at the shop I patronize, (120th and Washington) have been above & beyond! Patrick and Josh were detailed in what I needed, explaining tire replacements and thankfully, made sure I utilized my tire warranty! A very costly repair was covered and saved me hundreds! In a stressful time, trying to maintain my expenses and manage daily living, it's great to see the managers and team, care about everyone and try to make the process smooth and as cost friendly as possible. Your company has made me a true believer in Great Customer Service and a customer for life! Thank you from the bottom of my heart 💜 😊

I've made 2 trips to Big O tires at the corner of 120th and Washington in Westminster, Colorado in the last 2 weeks. Not because of any problem, but for additional work. My experience with this Big O was tremendous. The people were very knowledgeable and customer oriented. The work was done in a timely fashion and my vehicle was returned to me in the time frame I was given. The mechanics are very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. They did a marvelous job. The customer service guys were professional, personable, and efficient at their jobs. They even helped me find a financing plan. I will highly recommend this store to anyone for any type of automotive work that they do.

Brandon Zeman has had to deal with me multiple times this week! I am so thankful for him helping with my car problems. Shout out to Patrick as well for getting me in fast last Thursday. I had been driving around on my donut and I needed a tire to get emissions so I could get my plates. They got me in same day and then helped me put the plates on my car! Just amazing service! Very clean and everyone there had a great attitude. I trust them to help with car and tire trouble! Thanks again everyone who helped me this week at Big O!
